This store will remain open throughout the month of December, but I cannot guarantee any package arrival dates. If you place an order in December, your package may not arrive in time for the holidays (USPS gets really busy this time of year).

I'm currently only shipping within the United States of American (including territories), but I hope to open up shipping internationally in the future.
Can I cancel or return my order?

Do I need to read Utot Komiks Volume 1 to know what's going on in Volume 2 or School Edition?
All Utot volumes are collections of self-contained stories, so you don't need to have read one to understand what's going on in the other.
How do I recharge my glow-in-the-dark pin?
Expose your pin to a bright light source for about one minute to recharge it.
Shipping
I aim to ship out orders within a week of when they're placed. Orders will ship via USPS and may be shipped using clean recycled/reused materials.
Once shipped, media mail will usually arrive within fourteen days. All other orders will usually arrive within ten days.

Unless you order it with something else, False Start, NIHAO, and What Could Have Been will be shipped using letter mail. (The price reflects this.)
Lost Items
Due to COVID-19 and issues beyond my control, mail service may be delayed. Please take this into account when placing orders. I cannot guarantee any delivery dates. This shop is not responsible for lost or missing items.
Pin Care
You can use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface of your pin to maintain its luster and shine. (Note: The glow powder in the glow-in-the-dark kuroneko-sama pins has a slightly sandy texture, so please don't use a microfiber cloth on that area. The cloth will likely snag.)
I don't recommend using alcohol wipes on your pins since alcohol may bleach your pin's finish.
Pins are handmade items, so small imperfections are normal. Here's a short guide on what to expect when you receive your pin order.
Grade A
These are high grade pins that may have the following qualities.
⊹ Minor polish marks
⊹ Minor discoloration only noticeable upon close inspection
Grade B (not available online at this time)
These are good quality, but they have more noticeable imperfections.
⊹ More noticeable, larger polish marks
⊹ More noticeable areas of discoloration/oxidation
